Accreditation and press facilities

Accreditation

Accreditation will take place during the show. Upon presentation of a press card or a publication containing your name as editor in the colophon, you can register at the VIP and Press counter at the entrance. There you will be given a press badge and have access to the press room, where you can pick up detailed press information from the organisers and exhibitors. Free car park exit tickets, food and drinks are also available. The press room is situated next to the marina office on the quay. Press badges will not be sent in advance.

Press accreditation for the preview (30 August)
You do need to request accreditation in advance for the preview evening: Send an email to pers@hiswa.nl. Free entrance will only be granted if you can show a press card or a publication with your name in the colophon upon arrival.

Press room
The press room is situated next to the marina office on the quay (behind the public entrance).

Working facilities
Marina Seaport IJmuiden is covered by WiFi and cards are for sale at the reception. You can work on your own laptop in the press room, where you will also find dedicated information from the show’s organisers and exhibitors. Valuable equipment such as cameras and laptops can be left for safekeeping with the hostess in the press room.

Parking
On presentation of a valid press card you can park in the reserved press parking spaces. Should these be occupied we will have to refer you to the visitor or exhibitor parking areas. Free exit passes for these car parks are available in the press room.
